Reiki, Sound & Crystal Healing

Service Description

Reiki is a Japanese technique that is used to heal physical/mental trauma, to support mental clarity, and spiritual well-being. Life force energy is channeled through hands unto you. It raises awareness in and around the physical body where negative thoughts and feelings are contained. This causes the negative energy—such as stress, anxiety, physical pain, sadness, confusion, etc.—to loosen its grip, allowing the touch of the Reiki healer to swoop in and clarify the energy pathways. *In my practice, I personally like to incorporate sound into my Reiki services if I am intuitively called to, but it is not guaranteed, and would be integrated into the time of service. **Clients should keep in mind that the recommended amount of Reiki sessions is at minimum 2-3, however relief & healing is experienced after just one Sound Bath/Sound Healing Bathe in the harmony of different instruments with various frequencies to break through energetic and emotional blockages The sound bath helps to ease anxiety and stress and promotes relaxation. It also assists a meditative state that stays with you for days beyond the service. Crystal Therapy Crystals are used to either ground or energize, crystals are intuitively placed and sound is used to send the energy and healing properties of the crystal to the chakras and through the body. (This service combines nicely with the personal sound bath & Reiki)
